Our coaching philosophy stems from the idea that a customized program is better than a generic program. We view a coach to be a trusted partner who guides you along in the journey to reach your performance goals. We are dedicated to ensuring that all of our athletes receive undivided and specialized personal attention.

Training

We truly believe every coach/athlete relationship is unique, so most training programs will be different. It is very important that each training program is set up and designed for each person’s lifestyle. You will receive frequent feedback regarding your pacing and effort to ensure your training progresses appropriately. Additionally, We provide on-site help with workouts, cross training, and other running related areas to ensure it is feasible to reach your goals!
