Proper running form can help you to run in a manner that decreases physical stress on the body, minimizes injury and enhances speed. During the session, video analysis will be used to assess your running stride $20.
Personal Running Coach (monthly): This includes a personalized, monthly training schedule along with personal, one-on-one coaching. The schedule will be a customized to each individual’s lifestyle, performance level and long term goals. You will receive unlimited communication throughout your training and race preparation. This also includes the proper form session listed above. $60.
Triathlon/Duathlon Coach (monthly): This will include a personalized, monthly training schedule to fit your lifestyle, performance level and long term goals. This program includes everything from a proper form session (swimming and running) to a personal multi-sport program. You will receive unlimited communication throughout your training and race preparation. $70.
Middle/High School Program (monthly) This can include from any high school track and field event to cross country. Also covers all the personal running coach program above. $50.
Coach to 5k or beginners (monthly) You should ease into your running program gradually. In fact, the beginners’ program we outline here is less of a running regimen than a walking and jogging program. The idea is to transform you from couch potato to runner, getting you running three miles (or 5K) on a regular basis in just two months. $60.
